Shipping policy

Orders ship from 230 Bristol Pike, Bristol, PA 19007 after payment is captured. Ground service is the default. Orders at or above the posted free-shipping threshold ship ground at no extra line; otherwise a ground fee is added at checkout. Most in-stock lines leave the same or next business day. Oversized drums, springs, and freight-class parts may ship LTL. You will receive the carrier and tracking once the counter marks the order fulfilled. Title and risk pass on delivery. Inspect the carton at the dock and note damage on the bill of lading before you sign.
